This week was Scot Forge’s annual picnic at Shores of Turtle Creek. Just as we have over the past several years, we worked with their picnic planning committee to come up with an immersive picnic experience for all the guests. This year, we transported everyone to the beach for some fun in the sun.

Great food is essential at a company picnic. This year’s menu had a variety of options for all types of eaters, including a variety of fresh-off-the-grill meats, salads, sides, wraps, desserts and gluten-free options.
Fun Company Picnic Activities and Entertainment
Great food, great fun. All successful picnics have these two elements in common, and Scot Forge’s beach-themed event was no exception. As extensive as the menu was, this beach company picnic had just as many activities and entertainment options—if not more.
About the Picnic Venue
Shores of Turtle Creek provided the perfect amount of wide open space for this large 1,300-person picnic. The sprawling green grass was just enough room to host inflatables, games, crafts, a photo booth, food service, fun food tables, a tiki bar, grills, plenty of covered tables for eating, a stage for entertainment and much more.
